Activation of Paid Parking System in Hai Al Musalla – Al Ain Supporting improved parking operations and traffic flow

Q Mobility has announced the activation of the paid parking system in Hai Al Musalla - Al Ain, under the supervision of the Integrated Transport Center, of the Department of Municipalities and Transport. This initiative comes as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance infrastructure and improve traffic flow across the emirate.

Traffic Flow & Parking Optimization

Hai Al Musalla is one of the key residential communities in Al Ain, experiencing significant urban and service development. With the accelerating pace of development, the demand for parking has increased substantially, impacting traffic flow and mobility within the area.

The activation of the paid parking system has therefore become essential, to improve parking availability and ensure convenient access to residential and commercial facilities.

This initiative aims to increase the efficiency of public parking usage and enhance management; improve traffic flow and access to key facilities in the area ; strengthen road safety and reduce risks associated with unorganized parking. Also, it enhances quality of life and provide residents and visitors with a more comfortable urban environment.

The project in Hai Al Musalla includes 1,190 public parking spaces, in addition to parking spaces designated for People of Determination, ensuring convenience and accessibility for all users.

Effective today 17 November 2025, the system will apply a fee of 2 AED per hour for standard parking spaces within the area.
